Mr. Regmi has worked across high-impact sectors such as e-banking, e-payment, e-health, e-transport, and e-insurance.
He has actively represented Nepal in various national and international ICT forums, congresses, and conventions. In addition, his contribution as Co-Chair of the ICT Committee at the Nepal Chamber of Commerce has been instrumental in ICT policy advocacy, industry collaboration, and promoting long-term digital innovation.

Anand Bajracharya is a seasoned digital transformation and fintech professional with extensive experience in business growth strategy, digital payments, e-commerce, and corporate partnerships. He currently serves as the CEO of dPaisa, an NRB-licensed Payment Service Provider (PSP), where he leads strategic business operations, digital payment innovation, customer growth, and nationwide fintech expansion.
With a strong background in fintech and digital ecosystems, Anand has previously served as Country Manager – Nepal for 12iD Sweden, leading digital identity, eKYC, and biometric transformation initiatives with banks, telecoms, ISPs, and enterprises across Nepal. He also held the position of Head of Digital Payments & Corporate Partnerships at Daraz Nepal, where he played a key role in promoting digital payment adoption and launching innovative payment solutions in collaboration with banking and wallet partners.
As Business Consultant for the Nepal Interledger Financial Network (NIFN) Project, Anand contributes strategic guidance in digital financial ecosystem development, business partnerships, fintech operations, digital payment interoperability, stakeholder engagement, and market expansion. His expertise supports NIFN’s mission to accelerate interoperable digital financial services and inclusive financial innovation in Nepal.
Anand holds an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University, United Kingdom, and brings strong leadership in business operations, marketing strategy, corporate collaboration, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives.

Kopila Dongol, born on April 21, 1970, is a distinguished
Nepali education professional. With diverse roles as a consultant, project
director, and program manager, she has dedicated her career to gender equality,
entrepreneurship, and community development. Notably, as Executive Director at
Sahara Foundation Nepal, she crafted entrepreneurship programs with a focus on
gender equality principles. Serving as Project Manager at Planete Enfants, she
managed child-friendly spaces, emphasizing periodic planning and project
supervision. Mrs. Dangol also contributed significantly to Nepal's education
sector, coordinating programs in Kathmandu Valley and Bardiya, aligning
partners with a rights-based approach. In her role at Plan Nepal Banke
Programme, she successfully led the Kamalari Project, combating child labor
through social mobilization and education. As a development coordinator, she
facilitated community education and livelihood planning, showcasing a
commitment to social inclusion and gender equality throughout her impactful
